The tool, HRG Online, features new components including integrated ground transportation and a hotel billback facility, both added following requests from clients.
The ground transportation facility enables clients to book global taxis and limousines online and helps to identify and consolidate spend.
The hotel billback facility gives travellers the option of having certain elements of their stay in UK hotels billed directly back to HRG UK.
As hotel charging becomes increasingly complex, with separate costs for value-added services such as breakfast and parking, the ability to manage this expenditure centrally is a feature requested by many HRG clients.
HRG will be demonstrating the latest version at BTMS, which takes place tomorrow and Wednesday at Earls Court.
