Blue Air is expanding its Luton operations, from 28 March operating daily flights to Bucharest, four weekly flights to Sibiu and three weekly flights to Bacau. The Romanian carrier launched a twice-weekly Luton-Bacau service in June 2009.
Stena Line is introducing the Stena Express Fastcraft on its Holyhead-Dun Laoghaire route from 15 March. The vessel, which carries up to 520 passengers and 120 cars and has recently undergone a £2m refit, will significantly cut the crossing time on the route.
